ಹಿಂದಿ ಅದಿಕ್ರುತವಾಗಿ ರಾಶ್ಟ್ರಬಾಶೆಯಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಮೆಟ್ರೋದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೇಳ್ವಿ ಇದು - ಹಿಂದಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಯಾರಿಂದ ಆಗಬೇಕು? ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರವೋ, ಇಲ್ಲ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ರಾವಿಡ ನುಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡುವ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಂದಲೋ?
How about the issue of removing Hindi from Namma Metro of Bangalore for a starter?
The way I see it, use of Hindi on the Metro is totally unwarranted. Hindi is not officially the national language of our country. So, that makes it just another regional language in a technical sense. Therefore, there is no justification for the use of it on the Metro. Hindi must go. But the question is, who should make the effort to get it removed? Kannadigas single handedly, or all Dravidian speakers of Bangalore collectively?
